(1). Basic Account Service
We serve you based on your Proteinn platform account. In order to create an account on the Proteinn platform you need to provide us with at least your mobile phone number, intended membership name and password. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register a Proteinn platform account, and you can only use Proteinn's browsing and search services.
Special account privileges: If you choose to fill in your real name, gender, date of birth, place of residence, nickname, and profile picture , we can provide you with privileged account services. Among them, the nickname and profile picture you set will be displayed publicly.
Authorized login: We may provide your account information (profile picture, nickname and other information prompted on the page) to third parties with your separate consent, so that you can easily register a third-party account or log in directly with a third party. In addition, we may obtain your third-party account information from a third party based on your separate consent, and bind it with your Proteinn platform account so that you can log in directly at the third party, use our products and/or Serve. We will use your relevant information within the scope of your separately agreed authorization.
2.2 Show you products or services information
In order to show you products or services information, including your visit footprint and historical search situation, we will collect and use your browsing and search records when you visit or use the Proteinn client. We will combine the legally collected device information, service log information, and other information authorized by you to predict your preferences through algorithmic models, and match the goods, services or other information you may be interested in.
At the same time, we strive to protect your privacy experience through the following measures:

2.3 Provide you with the functions of favorites, add purchases, follow and share In the process of browsing the Proteinn client, you can choose to bookmark the goods and/or services you are interested in, add them to the shopping cart, and share the information of goods/services with third parties through the functional components we provide. During you use of the above functions, we will collect service log information including your favorites, records of adding to shopping carts, and sharing history to achieve the above functions and other purposes that we expressly notify. You can view or manage your favorites and add-ons in your favorites and shopping carts.
2.4 Help you complete order placement and order management When you order specific goods and/or services in our products and/or services, we will generate an order for you to purchase the goods and/or services through the system. In the process of placing an order, you need to provide at least your consignee's name, delivery address, and the consignee's contact number. For some special types of goods and services, you also need to provide other information necessary for the goods or services, such as when involving cross-borders transacting, you will need to provide your ID information to complete customs clearance.

You can additionally fill in/select more additional information including other contact numbers, on behalf of the recipient's name, and delivery time to ensure the accurate delivery of the goods or services.

In order to complete the payment for your order, you need to select a payment method. We will share your Proteinn platform account membership name, order payment related information, order security related equipment information, bank card payment necessary information including bank card number and expiration date, and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws with the corresponding financial institution you choose through the software tool development kit (software tool development kit is referred to as "SDK" in this policy) embedded in the website or client and other secure methods.
In order for us to know and confirm your payment progress and status in a timely manner, and to provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect information related to payment progress from the transaction partner and financial institution you choose.
In order to ensure that the goods and/or services you purchase can be delivered smoothly, safely and accurately, we will disclose order-related delivery information to logistics companies that provide logistics information systems and technical services for Proteinn, and according to the choice of the commodity and/or service provider, it will synchronize the relevant distribution information with the corresponding logistics distribution main body. When you contact us or submit an application for in-sale, after-sale, or dispute settlement, in order to protect the security of your account and system, we require you to provide the necessary personal information to verify your account identity.
In order to facilitate contacting you, help you solve problems as soon as possible, or record the solutions and results of related problems, We may save your communications with us, records of correspondence/calls and related content (including account information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information). You can delete some of your information [through the path listed in "(1) Access, Correction and Supplement"], or apply for account cancellation to delete all your information.
In the following cases, you may request us to delete personal information by contacting customer service:
(1). If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
(2). If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
(3). If our processing of personal information is in serious breach of our agreement with you;
(4). If our processing purposes have been achieved, cannot be achieved or are no longer necessary for the purposes of processing;
(5). If we stop providing products or services, or if the retention period has expired.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also try our best to notify the subjects who have obtained your personal information from us and require them to delete it in a timely manner (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these subjects have independently obtained your authorization).
When you or we assist you to delete relevant information, we may not be able to delete the corresponding information from the backup system immediately due to applicable legal and security technical restrictions, we will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until backups can be cleared or anonymised.
You can change or withdraw the scope of your authorization for us to collect and process your personal information by contacting customer service, however, please note that for some types of personal information, such as the information necessary to realize the basic functions of Proteinn or the information necessary for us to fulfill the obligations stipulated by laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to your request to change the scope of authorization. When you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect our previous personal information processing based on your authorization.
You can contact customer service to apply for and assist in canceling your account. After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, and delete or anonymize your personal information as required by applicable laws.
In some business functions, we may only rely on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including algorithms, to make decisions. If these decisions affect your legitimate rights and interests, you can contact us through customer service.

在下列情况下，我们将在履行法律规定的义务后，向可能的海外实体提供您的个人信息：

(2)数据保护管理组织措施我们以数据为中心，围绕数据生命周期，建立了业内先进的数据安全管理体系，从组织建设、系统设计、人员管理、产品技术等维度提升个人信息安全。
我们设立了专门的个人信息保护部门，并指定专人负责儿童个人信息的保护。
通过培训课程和考试，我们不断加强员工对保护个人信息重要性的认识。
(3)应对个人信息安全事件如果我们的物理、技术或管理保护设施遭到破坏，导致未经授权访问、公开披露、篡改或破坏信息，导致您的合法权益受到损害，我们将及时启动应急预案，并采取合理和必要的措施，将对您个人的影响降至最低。
如果发生个人信息安全事件，我们也会根据法律法规的要求，向您通报安全事件的基本情况和可能产生的影响，我们已经采取或将采取的处置措施，以及自我防范和风险缓解的建议以及为您提供的补救措施。
我们将通过短信、电话、推送通知等合理渠道通知您，如难以一一告知，我们将采取合理有效的方式进行公告。
同时，我们还将按照监管部门的要求上报个人信息安全事件的处理情况。
(4)防范账户安全风险在使用Proteinn服务进行在线交易时，请妥善保护您的个人信息，并在必要时才提供给他人，不要信任其他交易工具进行交易，以免信息被盗甚至电信网络诈骗。
如果您担心您的个人信息，特别是您的帐户或密码会被泄露，请立即联系Proteinn客服，以便我们根据您的申请采取相应的措施。

1.1严格履行法律法规规定的儿童个人信息保护义务和责任，严格履行法律法规规定的儿童个人信息保护义务和责任，遵循正当必要、知情同意、目的明确、安全保障、合法使用的原则，征得监护人同意后收集和使用儿童个人信息。 您在使用我们的产品或服务时主动向我们提供您孩子的个人信息，例如您在我们为您提供的评论、社区和其他信息张贴功能中共享的您孩子的照片、视频或其他信息，表明您同意我们根据本政策收集和使用您孩子的个人信息。

1.3授权同意的例外情况。
根据相关法律法规，在下列情况下，收集儿童信息不需要儿童监护人的授权和同意：
(1)与我们履行法律法规规定的义务有关；
(2)涉及国家安全、国防安全、公共安全、公共卫生或者重大公共利益的；
(3)与刑事调查、起诉、审判和执行判决有关的；
(4)为保护儿童的生命、财产等重大合法权益，但难以征得监护人同意的；
(5)收集到的信息由儿童或监护人向公众披露；
(6)从依法公开的信息中收集信息，如法律新闻报道、政府信息公开等；
(7)与您或您的子女订立和履行相关协议或其他书面文件所必需的；
(8)维护我们产品和服务的安全稳定运行所必需的，例如发现和处理我们产品和服务中的故障；
(9)学术研究机构基于公共利益进行统计或者学术研究的，对外提供学术研究成果或者描述的，对结果中包含的信息进行甄别；
(10)法律、法规规定的其他情形。
2.我们如何共享、转移和公开披露儿童个人信息我们承诺对儿童个人信息严格保密，只有在符合本政策描述和您的明确授权和同意的情况下才能对外共享儿童个人信息。 为了提高信息处理的效率，降低信息处理的成本，或提高信息处理的准确性，我们可能会委托我们的附属公司或其他有能力代表我们处理儿童个人信息的专业团体，有关详细信息，请参阅Proteinn隐私政策中的“我们如何共享、转移和公开披露您的信息”一节。 除了Proteinn隐私政策《我们如何分享、转移和公开披露您的信息》部分所描述的内容外，对于儿童个人信息，我们还将采取以下措施，在分享、转移和公开披露的过程中保护儿童个人信息的安全：
2.1如果出于本政策所述目的，有必要与第三方共享儿童个人信息，我们将评估第三方收集儿童个人信息的合法性、正当性和必要性。
2.2要求第三方对儿童个人信息采取保护措施，严格遵守相关法律法规和监管要求。
我们将要求接收儿童个人信息的第三方遵守严格的保密义务并采取有效的保密措施，禁止其将这些儿童的个人信息用于未经儿童及其监护人授权的目的，并要求受托公司依法履行以下义务：
(1)按照法律、行政法规和我们的要求处理儿童的个人信息；
(2)协助我们回应儿童监护人的申请；
(3)采取措施确保信息安全，一旦发生儿童个人信息泄露安全事件，及时反馈；
(4)委托关系终止时，应及时删除子女的个人信息；
(5)不能被授权；
(6)依法应当履行的保护儿童个人信息的其他义务。
2.3此外，我们将按照法律法规的要求征得您的同意，或确认第三方已获得您的同意。
3.1我们在中华人民共和国中国行动期间收集和生成的儿童个人信息将存储在中国中。
在下列情况下，我们将在履行法律规定的义务后，向境外组织或个人提供儿童个人信息：
(1)明确界定适用法律；
(2)获得您的明确授权；
(3)您或您的孩子通过互联网和其他个人倡议进行跨境交易。
针对上述情况，我们将通过合同和其他形式确保儿童个人信息的保护水平不低于本政策规定的水平。
3.2我们会采取合理和切实可行的步骤，尽量避免收集和处理无关的儿童个人信息。 我们只会在达到本政策所述目的所需的时间内保留儿童的个人信息，除非法律要求保留。 请参阅Proteinn隐私政策中的“我们如何保护您的信息”，了解我们如何确定我们存储儿童个人信息的时间长度。 如果我们终止服务或运营，我们将及时停止继续收集儿童个人信息的活动。 同时，将根据相关法律法规提前通知监护人，并在终止服务或运营后删除或匿名化儿童个人信息，但法律、法规或监管部门另有规定的除外。
我们非常重视儿童隐私，并采取一切合理可行的措施保护儿童个人信息：
4.1严格控制儿童个人信息获取，对可能获取儿童个人信息的工作人员采取最低限度授权原则，采取技术措施记录和控制工作人员处理儿童个人信息的行为，避免非法复制和下载儿童个人信息。
4.2我们制定了儿童个人信息安全事件应急预案，定期组织相关内部人员开展应急培训和应急演练，使他们掌握自己的工作职责和应急策略程序。 儿童个人信息安全事件不幸发生后，我们会按照法律法规的要求，及时向儿童及其监护人通报安全事件的基本情况和可能产生的影响，我们已经采取或将采取的措施，儿童及其监护人能够自主防范和降低风险的建议，儿童及其监护人的补救措施等。我们将通过App推送通知、电子邮件/短信等方式，及时将事件通知儿童及其监护人。当难以逐一告知时，我们将采取合理有效的方式发布相关警示信息。 同时，我们还将按照监管部门的要求，主动报告儿童个人信息安全事件的处理情况。 如果儿童及其监护人的合法权益受到损害，我们将承担相应的法律责任。
4.3如果您想了解更多信息，请参考Proteinn隐私政策的“我们如何保护您的信息”部分，以了解有关我们如何保护儿童个人信息的更多信息。
5.1为了让您或您的孩子在使用我们的产品和服务时更方便地访问和管理您的孩子的个人信息，并保护注销账户的权利，我们在客户端为您和您的孩子提供了相应的操作设置，您和您的孩子可以按照Proteinn隐私政策中的“如何管理您的信息”一节进行操作。
5.2在下列情况下，您或您的孩子可以通过Proteinn隐私政策中“如何联系我们”中列出的渠道与我们联系，要求删除相应儿童的个人信息：
(1)违反法律、行政法规或者双方约定，收集、存储、使用、提供儿童个人信息的；
(2)超出目的范围或者在必要的期限内收集、存储、使用、提供儿童个人信息的；
(3)你撤回你的同意；
(4)您或您的孩子通过注销来终止产品或服务的使用。
我们可能会根据我们产品和服务的更新以及法律法规的相关要求不时修改本政策的条款，这些修改是本政策的一部分，我们将在专门的页面上展示最新修改的版本。 由于我们的用户数量庞大，对于重大变化，我们也会提供更显著的通知(包括在网站或客户端主页上的公告，甚至为您提供弹出式提示)，详细信息请参阅《Proteinn隐私政策》的第9条《如何更新本政策》。
