蛋白质工厂能够生产毫克-克-公斤级重组蛋白。以萤火虫荧光素酶 (Firefly luciferase, Fluc) 为例，在0.3 μL反应体系中合成的荧 光素酶发出荧光的相对光单位值 (Relative light unit, RLU) 达到了1 × 10e9，对应的蛋白质产量达到了200 μg/mL。
ProteinFactory can produce milligram-gram-kilograms of target recombinant proteins. Using Fluorescent luciferase (Fluc) as example, the relative light unit (RLU) of luciferase synthesized in a 0.3 μL reaction system reaches 1 × 109, with a corresponding protein yield of 200 μg/mL.
