The Pruoto™ fully automated protein purifier is available in 8/16/32-channel versions. A single run can purify 32 target proteins simultaneously, covering a processing volume of 30 μL–4000 μL, with a protein yield of up to 80 mg per run (depending on sample and kit). It uses DeepWell plates matching the SBS international standard, and offers an optional cooling module adjustable from 4–16°C, with ultra-long cold retention of up to 60 days and real-time temperature recording, so the purification and long-term storage activity of target proteins are well protected.
The Pruoto™ fully automated protein purifier features a 10-inch color touch screen with a graphical interface in Chinese and English, showing run progress and remaining time in real time. Programs can be customized and up to 204 programs can be stored; mixing and magnetic separation times can be freely adjusted from 1–99 minutes to precisely match different protein properties; optimized programs are stored and recalled automatically with intelligent management.
Designed for different sample volumes and experimental purposes, the instrument is paired with the PrAuto® Monster® automated protein purification kit, which offers affinity tags including His-tag, GST-tag, MBP-tag, Strep-tag and Protein A\G, as well as ion-exchange and hydrophobic magnetic beads such as Q, S and Phenol, with various specific, high-capacity beads. It supports specifications for high, medium and low sample abundance, and can automatically purify antibodies, binders, enzymes, membrane proteins, cytokines, AI-designed proteins, blood proteins and target proteins carrying His-tag, GST-tag, MBP-tag, Strep-tag, Fc and other tags.
The Pruoto™ fully automated protein purifier uses micron-sized magnetic beads to bind target proteins efficiently, achieving purity of up to 98%. Dual-plate purification and multi-step washing deliver more uniform, higher-purity results, and one automated purification takes about 30 minutes. With 20,736 protein purification conditions, results are more uniform, purity is higher and operation is easier.
