M-MLV reverse transcriptase derives from mouse leukemia reverse transcriptase. After a series of mutagenesis, Our Protein Factory has obtained a new D2MMLV reverse transcriptase with the activity of RNase H removed and can perform reverse transcriptase reaction at a higher temperature. D2MMLV reverse transcriptase achieves the best reverse transcriptional activity at 50℃, suitable for reverse transcription of complex secondary structure RNA templates.

2. Heat resistant, 50℃ is the best reaction temperature, improve the reverse transcription efficiency.

Solution supplied with 50% glycerol. Stored in -20℃.
Using Poly (rA)·Oligo (dT) as template/primer, the amount of enzyme required for acid insoluble substance by adding 1 nmol dTTP was defined as 1 unit (U) at 37℃ for 10 min.
After reverse transcription at 50℃ for 45min, the obtained cDNA was amplified by conventional PCR with corresponding primers, and the obtained bands were shown as below (Fig. a&b).
