Phi29 DNA polymerase is a DNA polymerase derived from phage Phi29 of Bacillus thermophilus.It has 3' to 5' exonuclease activity to ensure high fidelity of the amplified product. Its continuous synthesis ability is very strong, as it can continuously synthesize 70Kb DNA fragment. Phi29 DNA polymerase has strong chain replacement ability, and can replace primer and DNA strand by itself. Our Protein Factory optimized and modified the sequence of wild-type Phi29 DNA polymerase to obtain the improved product D2Phi29+ DNA polymerase with higher temperature resistance, faster elongation rate and lower template requirements.
1. When the amplification temperature was raised to 37℃, the amplification efficiency was significantly higher than 30℃.
2. The amount of templates required can be extremely low.
3. Both random and specific primers can be applied.

D2Phi29+ DNA polymerase is supplied with 50% glycerol. Stored in -20℃.
